The Woodland Explorer is a multi-level adventure structure combining three elevated forts with climbing, balancing and overhead play challenges. Its connected layout gives children a variety of routes through the structure, encouraging active play, coordination and confidence.
The playground includes a 900mm fort, a 1500mm fort and a lower 550mm platform, linked by a natural timber bridge and connecting net. Children can climb using the rope ladder, climbing net and rock climb, then move between the platforms before taking one of the two slides back to ground level.
An elevated set of curved monkey bars extends from the upper section, adding another physical challenge and helping build upper-body strength and coordination. The combination of bush poles, timber decking and timber balustrades gives the Woodland Explorer a natural look that suits schools, parks and nature-based playgrounds.
Designed and manufactured by DG Play, the Woodland Explorer offers a good mix of climbing, balancing, sliding and overhead play in one connected structure.
