The Island Explorer is a custom nature play structure designed for Coogee Daycare.
Built with solid jarrah cladding and large natural log uprights, the design creates a nautical feel with mast-style features and rope elements that invite imagination.
The main decked platform provides space for group play and connects to a slide, rope climbs, and timber balance bridges. The structure encourages both active climbing and social interaction, while remaining low-maintenance and highly durable for long-term outdoor use.
This project highlights DG Play’s ability to combine robust natural materials with themed design elements to create unique and engaging play experiences.
